Burka Estate Tanzania to arrive
June 25th, 2009We recently received the latest samples from Burka Estates in Tanzania. We buy from the area that cups the best. This year one was an absolute standout, so we bought it all. It was from the Endurance section of Burka. The coffee was clean, tangy, sweet, smooth and balanced. The best sample we recall ever cupping. On its way from New York City (well…Staten Island).
