		Breakfast Blend If you're like us, the first cup matters the most. Start your morning with Cravens robust French roast and Indonesian beans. Caffe Bazza This bold blend is named for Becky's brother-in-law, Barrett (nicknamed Bawz), one of the nicest guys on the planet. You'll love these wonderfully smoky Guatemalan beans accented with just a hint of spiciness. Caffe Campania In Campania - indeed, in all of southern Italy - they love rich, smoky blends like this one. Caffe Portofino Imagine traveling to Italy as a college student, sipping espresso along the water in Portofino. That's what Simon was remembering when he developed this balanced, sweet-flavored Colombian. Dexter's Decaf In his days as a Southern California surfer, Simon made friends with Dexter, the only dog we know with his own lively, Italian roast coffee. Ethiopia Tanjiri We asked a friend in Kenya to name our wild, creamy blend of African and Indonesian beans. He came up with Tanjiri, the Swahili word for "rich." Harvest Decaf A complementary blend of natural and chemical-free decaffeinated Indonesian and South American coffees. Blended in equal parts the attributes of each region are highlighted and brew a full-bodied and clean, crisp cup. La Tierra Blend We borrowed the name from a garden store next to our first roastery. It's especially appropriate for this earthy, pungent, dark roast. Rebecca's Blend Lively, sweet, and crisp, this blend is Simon's tribute to Becky. Spokane Express The name of our medium roast, Costa Rican espresso blend came to us in our days at our first roastery, where we worked to the sounds of passing trains.		Cravens uses four styles of roasting. Northern European is the lightest, followed by Vienna, Italian, and French.
