Guatemala Fraijanes
On the Fraijanes (pronounced free-haan-ays) Plateau, east of Guatemala City, this smoky, spicy, sweet varietal flourishes in the deep rich volcanic soil of the region.

Sumatra Decaf, Mountain Water Process
In the Mountain Water decaffeination process, the caffeine is extracted using special carbon filters allowing the beans to retain their original flavor components

Sumatra Mandheling Grade 1
The Mandheling tribe of northern Sumatra is known for its coffee plantations. They've perfected a rich varietal with a wild, syrupy flavor.

Tanzanian Peaberry AA
The peaberry is "two beans formed as one". They are separated at the mill and noted for their intense wine-like character.
