If you start with Cravens, you're well on your way to a great cup of coffee.

But the rest is up to you.

First, buy only a little coffee at a time and store it in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture. To maintain freshness, you could even put the container in your refrigerator.

You've kept your coffee fresh, so all that's left to do is brew it. If you use whole beans, grind them just beforehand - coarse for a French press, finer for an automatic drip machine, very fine for an espresso maker. Use a tablespoon or two of coffee for every six ounces of water.

Now drink. And enjoy a job well done.
